sky Q wont show sky cinema titles in menu

i am connected to the internet, but when i open the tv menu and select sky cinema i only get balnk boxes, same with all my recordings, anyone help?

sky q box has been rebooted, interent re-connected, router reset, astill hasnt changed anything

Hi @ahb67   By router reset, do you mean router rebooted (to refresh its DNS)?
