recordings on skybox

HI,  I have cancelled my sky and need to return box.  It is full of recordins i don't to lose, is there any way of retrieving them fist.

There's no way of retaining these recordings for future viewing.

 

All you can do is take a note of the content you want to retain and then obtain that content when you move to your new provider by whatever means they deliver that content.

 

If that means you have to buy/rent movies etc, you'll need to pay.  Buying content on your Sky Q box unfortunately doesn't give you the right to retain that content when you give up Sky.

If they are Sky Store items then you can use app (on supported devices) to play them after returning the Q box.

Yes - SKY Store admin can just set the account to Store only access -(I think some people use SKY Store without ever having SKY TV suvbs)
