Can someone please help me with how to order an extra Sky Q box.

I found another discussion about it but the thread got derailed into a discussion about if you owned the box or it was a loan.

I have been trying to follow links and used the assistant and I am going around in circles.

Do you mean a mini box? You also need to subscribe to Sky Multiscreen if you haven't got it already.

Give Sky a call to order. There used to be an option on your Sky Q box but I don't think that's active anymore more.

As @Daniel0210 says I think th eonly way currently is to call (possibly stay silent at the prompts) 

You may already know but just in case you don't - you can use a maximum of 2 minis at the same time for SKY content - Satellite/Recordings- (only one if you have the non UHD box - Hardware version 32Cxxx ) although you can have up to 4 on the account


You may be able to use more at the same time if the first ones in use are only being used for Streaming apps such as Netflix or Disney+
