problems since sky q fitted

It takes 20 minutes in a morning to get tv on,we have to switch off at mains 2/3 times, also sometimes channels dont change when we want to, Had sky Q box fitted last year and not happy with it, Also we don't seem to be able to get teletext on it

That's correct: BBC 'red button' interactive service through Sky Q hasn't been 'teletext' since late 2019, and never will be.

Unfortunately moving to Sky+ HD, which still has text service, isn't possible.

What time, roughly, are you having the issue in the morning? If it's before 0545 it's possibly your standby settings as per this link
