I was watching the netflix app and it has frozen with a pink screen I have tried rebooting everything and the screen still remains the same

Is it just the Netflix app this happens on or is it on everything?

It has frozen so not able to get the sky to work

Have you turned the Q box off at the wall for at least a minute? Do that, then power it back on and allow it to reboot. Also turn your TV off at the wall for a minute then power back on - that'll clear any HDMI handshake issues.

So when you turn the box back on it is still frozen on that pink screen?

Try a software update:
If it's still not working after this then you may need a new box.
