netflix.

I have netflix as part of my Sky package. netflix now tell me I have to upgrade it. But I cannot do it. it will not let me sign in on the TV

Why are they telling you that? Someone using the account from a different location?

 

You can sign in to do it on a PC. Do a password reset and use your sky id email address.
