i'm not writing anythijg personal bjt i want to actually speak to a human being!!!!

@Rebekah94 Your not talking directly with Sky this is a customer helps customer forum only with no account access

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk (full numbers aren’t permitted on the forum)

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free

The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

@Rebekah94 To speak to a representative of Sky you will have to call them, the forum is a customer to customer support platform.

@Rebekah94 if you have an outstanding bill, you won't be able to speak to an adviser until you've paid it.

Use the link posted above. The actual number(s) cannot be posted here. 

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

its an absolute shambles to get a hold of them... been with them for years! cant even grant a person on the line!

They are there, but the lines may be busy which is quite normal.

Try not saying or choosing anything when you get on the phone. The voice response system will eventually give up and put you through to a person (or a queue for a person)

As @Mark39 said yesterday, if your services are restricted due to non payment you won't get through.


Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.
