before I had Netflix package which I could watch on several devices then when Sky was installed you downgraded to basic Netflix then I upgrade to the HD package but I am trying to use atmos enabled movies and Netflix says need a 4k package contact Sky

Correct. If you want Netflix Premium (4K & Atmos on up to 4 screens) then you need to add the UHD pack to your Sky Q subscription.

@keithyt1958 as @SlenderRobert says you need add on to your Sky package to get what you want see below
Netflix Basic Sky Ultimate TV Pack (1 screen)
Netflix Standard Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack (2 Screens)
Netflix Premium Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack plus Sky UHD Pack (4 Screens)

no real answer I phoned sky I already have sky hd and Sky UHD and ultimate tv addon plus multi-room
but it seems I need Netflix 4k 4 screens which it seems can't be done but Disney channel Dolby atmos works fine just not Netflix which is a real bummer if I cancel sky Netflix and have Netflix separate then its 3 times the price
and my internet is garbage but no fibre for at least 2 years also looking at sky mobile too

@keithyt1958 if you are definately sure that you have the UHD subscription to watch UHD on Sky which I am sure you are I can escalate this to Sky to look into for you ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@keithyt1958 I'll escalate this to Sky for you as with the packages you have you should be getting Netflix premium ie 4 screens and in UHD I have similiar packages and it is working fine for me
You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

did not work expert could not do it and suggested I ring Sky which I have already done but did phone again but can't get past the stupid switchboard I said yes I am the ac holder 3 times getting nowhere I have to say I am not impressed with sky!

Tried again and got through the switchboard this time advisor re-enabled netflix premium now its working awesome have dolby atmos too thanks for all the help much appreciated.
