insufficient funds - but free VIP movie

Been trying in vain to get through to somone in SKY but as ever no luck. So can somone here help me please?

I have a free movie (Lost City) through SKY VIP yet when I select it I get a message saying insuffient funds. Any ideas why it won't allow me to view a free movie please? Mnay thanks in advance for any advice.

It's a free rental of Lost City. I was able to redeem it by logging on to the Sky Store website - it then appeared in my Sky Store account and played when I selected it.
