equipment not received
sky is telling me that i need to return equipment, but i have not received the equipment that they are saying

What equipment? On cancelling Sky Q they will be expecting the main box, any mini boxes, associated cables and remotes.

We'll send you texts, emails, or letters to let you know exactly what you need to return.
Cancelling Sky Q? You might be asked to return any:
- Sky Q boxes (including Sky Q 1TB box, Sky Q 1TB UHD box, Sky Q 2TB box)
- Sky Q Mini box
- Sky Q remote(s), cables and any other accessories that were provided with your install
- Sky boosters (if you don't have or aren't keeping Sky Broadband).
