Sky q box freezing up

Any one any help on the sky q box freezing up ?

tried reformat of hard drive still not resolved 

Happens every other day

If that's via a 'doorstep box swap' remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears in the rear of a DPD van.
