No Menu
Every couple of days, I will try to go to the menu on my Sky Q Minibox, and it just gives the small picture in the top left of the screen, the rest is black. I can only get it going again, by unplugging and leaving it unplugged for about 30 minutes, does this mean my box needs replacing? I had this previously but it seemed to sort itself out

Hi @L+Reade Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with the Mini box?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

Never got a chat bubble, and still have the same problem. will have to TRY and get hold of someone
