discovery plus problem

tried to get discovery plus free on sky q went through all steps and got a message saying no active discovery plus subscription so i subscribed to free trial on my phone and somehow managed to link it to my sky how do i get it free on my sky i want to cancel the paid subscription hope this makes sense as im really thick when it comes to things like this

i have discovery plus on my phone as thats where i signed up for it then logged in on the app on skq q but had to sign u for the free trial so dont know how to get it free on app now

@kaishalewis so are you having problems getting it on your Q box ?  if you are you need to follow the set up procedure in the link I posted especially the part about getting discovery+ on sky marketplace

@kaishalewis I have escalated this to sky

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

hi tried to get discovery plus on sky q had to eventually subscribe to it via my phone as when i teied on q discovery plus wasnt anywhere on marketplace and when i clicked on app it told me i had no active subscription tried multiple times so now im paying for the service not sure that now i have it on my sky q if i can cancel the free trial i set up on my phone or if i need to continue paying the subscription fee to keep it on q?
