Sorry - meant to say that today I experienced the error message shown in my earlier picture.

 

Had Discovery+ set up on my Sky Q box for quite a while now & never had any problems - have tried to update Apps as well & have also updated Sky Q box software.

Sorry - first time doing this...

 

I can enter the Discovery Plus app and choose which programme I want to watch - it's at that point I get the above error message.

I am having this same problem. Been on to Sky twice and they were useless. Told me to contact Discovery and they were even worse. Told me I didn't have a Discovery+ account - I do. Told me I hadn't linked the 2 accounts - I have . Eventually the person gave up responding to me . Very frustrating.

I have exactly the same problem... took up the free subscription and it was working fine. Every time I try to watch it it tells me I have to upgrade my pass. I've been in touch with both Sky and D+ and get nowhere. D+ day the accounts aren't linked - Sky say they are! The app is there on my apps page but is not now in MySky shop. I've tried refreshing the apps but am getting nowhere ..  very frustrating

Same issue and can't seem to get any help for it. It's not free, you pay for it as part of your subscription with sky, it should be acted on better as you are paying for a service that you cannot use. Terrible customer support from both Sky and discovery plus

I really wonder why I keep Sky. Spend more time on Netflix and Prime. There must be something we can do about this? It's not good enough.

I have exactly same issue can't login to app or watch anything sky were useless couldn't resolve issue have the discovery subscription can't watch

I contacted Discovery 3 times they were  worse then sky they said I have no discovery account when discovery and sky accounts are both linked and it worked before

Exact same problem for me....been watching discovery+ with Sky free since 2020. In the last 2 weeks it suddenly stopped working and now it shows that I have no live subscription. Spoken with sky and d+ many times over the past 2 weeks, tried every suggested cure, but nothing works and neither company seem able to help - blaming each other. This is crazy. Can someone please escalate with technical experts and I suggest the two companies talk to each other to resolve.
