Sky Q Engineer visit TODAY

Good afternoon,

 

I am expecting a Sky Q engineer to visit today to install my new SKYQ box and have written confirmation from yourself that they should arrive between 12pm & 6pm.

I am concerned as the letter I received stated that you will confirm nearer the time however, I have not received a notificatoin to my mobile number in the system ending in 808, since the letter arrived.

 

Please advise urgently as we have been waiting over SIX WEEKS for this appointment.

It should be noted on Mr Croucher's File from the many recent calls that I am his next of kin and have power of attourney for all things relating to his life.

We are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We therefore can't confirm the appointment is still going ahead. Sky might not be able to either as it depends on whether the engineers previous appointments today went to plan.
