Is the Sky box turned on?   Try hitting the Sky or Home button.

my second box is not connecting to the router the main box is fine all lines gets are on saying the router is connected but still can't get sky tv

Not sure why you've added that reply to this unrelated topic but maybe an admin can move your post to its own thread. Have you power cycled the mini box?

I'm getting no satellite signal and it's not loading the page when I go on to tv guide just saying waiting for schedule
