Sky Q viewing card not received

I received my sky Q box yesterday but havent received my sky Q viewing card

If it was a new install viewing cards are normally posted out to arrive before the installation date, otherwise the engineer should have spares.

 

If you've previously had Sky Q and are re-subscribing Sky will send the box out for self install but will have expected you to still have your original viewing card. If you haven't kept it you'll need to call Sky and order another.
