Wifi issues
We Have A New Sky Q box now but we still have to Connect to WiFi to your Hub every time we turn on The Sky Q that means putting in The Password for EE Hub. and we Are Unable to Access the ITVX App at the Moment. Is their anyway we Can Resolve this Issue.

Hi @Linda1789 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.
