Where is my replacement Sky Q box

My Sly Q box is broken, been through all reset procedure, tuned off an on. Does not work. 
It has been 3 weeks now I have had no Sky. I am fed up at trying to het through to a human being to talk to. 
please can someone ring me and tell me when I am going to get my replacement main Sky Q box. You are taking the normal  payment thing month. But I am not able to watch it as it is broken. Please someone ring me.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are. You will have to contact Sky to chase up the box swap.

Have you contacted Sky about this? Did you order a replacement box? If not, you can use the web form here to order a doorstep replacement via courier. Remember to remove your viewing card from the old box and get a power cable for the new box.
