Where is my 5 app?

I've got the "5" app on my main TV when I'm watching SKY.. It's one of the "tiles", like Netflix, Disney+ etc. 

But it isn't on my other TV! All the other apps are there, but not "5". 
can anyone help?

Follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK) to ensure that the Software & apps are all up to date on the box that has it missing

Note: The refresh apps may take a few hours before it happens

As well as doing the above, to get the tile added, from checking software and an app refresh.

 

Try saying 'My 5' into your voice remote.
