I have just added the subscription but I cannot see how to access this, anybody know?

It's in the apps menu.

Thanks will look again, thought that was where it was but unable to see, problem might be sky, already charged but not added to my account.,

The app should be there all time, regardless of your subscription status with Sky. (You can purchase direct from Disney and just log in)

Otherwise, there are options to update software and/or refresh apps if required.
