My mini sky box doesn’t turn on

I've pulled the plugs out, left it disconnected 24hrs, still doesn't turn on

I actually spoke to someone in the end. There is a tiny reset button at the back, she told me to press that, and the red light flashed and turns amber then off, she told me to press the main button for 30secs, flashed amber, then green 🤞, works now!!
