@Mr+Nott+Happy @Quierky just a though, have you tried unplugging the box for 20 minutes or so then plugging it back in again 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Thanks. Got through to a human after throwing my teddy and threatening to leave. The box is dead! New one arrives in a couple of days at no cost!

Box left disconnected overnight 

Didn't make any difference. Thanks anyway
