My Sky Q box will sometimes crash whilst on standby. I am assuming it is owing to the end of its life. I am not paying insurance at£9.00 per month because it doesn't make sense. Is there anybody who can tell me how can I buy a replacement box?
You can't buy Sky Q equipment. It's loaned to you. Contact Sky for a replacement or repair.
