When kitchen tv is switched on it says on screen not progra

The kitchen tv when switched on nothing happens only not programmed comes up on  screen how can this be fixed

That sounds like your TV is generating that message.

 

Ensure the Sky box is on and the TV is set to the correct HDMI input.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
