using SKY Go is probably the cheapest but to see on a big screen you probably need to use a PC/Laptop with an HDMI out
Otherwise you would need a separate subscription but this is unlikely to be discounted beacuse you have a SKY at your main home. As it would be a separate subscription you can have either Q or Stream.
Edit : rather than a second subscription to SKY Q or Stream a Now TV subscription just for whilst you are there may be more suitable

Unfortunately not, SKY Go does not allow mirroring
(BTW please also see my edited earlier post re Now TV - although I am not au fait with which devices can be used - I think it is more likely to be able to used on a TV)

Your best bet is using an Apple TV 4K box with the Sky Go app. But be warned, Sky Go is limited to outputting 720P so it's never going to look great on a 65" screen.
If you want UHD and HDR then you'd be better off getting a NOW TV subscription with Ultra Boost on an appropriate streaming device.

Assuming you have decent broadband at your holiday home, Now TV maybe your answer.
I regularly work away from home (UK & Europe) and I take a 4K Firestick and remote which has the Now TV app et al.
