We’ve got sky tv coming but haven’t received a box

We have sky tv coming but haven't recieved a box do the fitters come with one or are we supposed to receive one before hand?

The engineer will bring the box, cables, remote, dish etc with him/her. The viewing card is normally posted to you to arrive before the installation but if it doesn't arrive don't worry as the engineer normally has spares in the van.

Hi Hope you dont mind me asking. I would like sky q fitted and was not aware that it was still being fitted. Do theygive you a good deal in comparison to the sky stream box.

From what I have read - the best deals now are stream and glass - with few or no deals for Q - which will be phased out by 2029/ 2030 and maybe they will stop taking on new Q customers a few years before the end date.
