Sky mini box not receiving tv signal

Sky Q Home Screen comes up on mini box and home network is all connected but no tv signal 

Can anyone help please?!

@Mogsie Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box
