We can’t rewind or fast forward a film on sky cinema

When a film on sky cinema has already started and it asks us if we would like to go back to the start, it won't allow us.

Hi @Lawrence60 

If you are watching Sky Cinema live then you cannot immediately rewind or Fast forward.

Fast forward if watching live is not possible.

You can rewind but only to the time you started watching. (Or up to one hour if watched for this time)

Watch from start is not achieved by rewinding but by by selecting the option if watch from start is displayed is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

@Lawrence60 Just to be clear when you press watch from the start it downloads the Film/programme to your hard drive and you can then find it in your recordings
