Have to keep restarting sky q mini box

Had this mini box about 4 months and finding that we have to pull the power cord on it almost every time we want to use it. Previously it was the occasional morning. Doesn't matter whether the light on the box is green, amber or red, the box is unresponsive to the remote control and only starts to work when you reboot. Have another mini box that doesn't do this and the main box has no issues.

@Big+Franco Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then rebooting the mini box

Restarted both boxes and not had any issues yesterday or today. Hopefully that will be it for a while. Thanks @Laing1
