Watching live F1

I have upgraded my account so that I have the f1 channel but it continually tell me to upgrad. I can only watch f1 live on my phone on the sky go app

hi @shanerg 

 

There  are is a  UHD version of the channel as well as the HD version.

 

If you don't have the UHD add on it will prompt you to upgrade if you try to watch - the system should 'smart' switch to move the UHD further down the channel list if you don;t have the UHD add  on but sometimes it doesn't work or takes time to sort itself out

 

Could this be your problem ?

I didnt know about this I'll have to give it a look at.

I was going on 

sport menu- F1-live 

So was unaware of the uhd and Hd channels

@shanerg try channel 406 to start with

No i haven't noticed anything other than upgrade to use

@shanerg  goto Home>>>Tv guide >>>sport

 

And scroll down clicking on every channel that says SkySpF1 until one works for you.

I've had exactly the same issue- Ch406 says I have to upgrade- which I have. I have started watching on Sky Go (I pad) but saw F1 Abu Dhabi live, HD (not UHD) on Ch357???

the Red button seems to cause all sorts of problems.

Also - there is a massive time shift between Sky Tv & Sky Go???

Yes.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
