Sky tv connecting to someone else's network

I have set up my new sky hub but it keeps connecting to someone else's network.

Hi @Trixie60   How do you know? You can safely ignore the network name shown on the box. Mine shows a router I had three years ago!

Sadly its not my network its connected to, on the hub.  A

lthough my computer is connected to the corrected network

It's fine. Often happens but it's just a label the Q makes up.
