Was in middle of being offered a deal when Sky virtual Assistant suddenly closed?

Was in the middle of being offered a deal via Sky Virtual Assistant when it suddenly closed so now I don't know how to get back on as it just closes on me. I was hoping the advisor will ring me on the number she has on the account but it doesn't look like it! So is there a contact number for Sky I can ring direct?

@Cupcake321  You can will need to call but you may not be offerd the previous deal.

 

It's not possible for an adviser on an inbound line to start calling out like many call centres they will be adssigned to inbound calls for a specific period of the day and outbound calling may just not be something they can do.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
