Afternoon
Im Out on my broadband contract with BT and I'm looking at deals with sky. I've got sky stream on a rolling contract, does anyone know if you can switch to the 24month contract with broadband or do you have to cancel the rollin one first?
also is it best to wait until Black Friday?

As you're an existing Stream customer you may not benefit from the new customer deals, but as you don't currently have Sky broadband it would be worthwhile enquiring if they could do you a deal on the TV side of things too.
Give Sky a ring and see what they can do. Black Friday might have some deals but there's no guarantee.

Re: Sky deals
I've got the same issue. I have SkyStream and I'm moving house and want to add Broadband. I eventually found the customer services phone number and spoke to somenone who told me that there are no 'deals' to be done and to add Broadband separately. Ths would increase my payment to £52. Seems mad when Uswitch are offering everything I want for only £3 more per month than I'm already paying. I've got 6 months to run on the 18 month SkyStream contract. Very disappointing.

Re: Sky deals
Its pretty poor isn't it. I've cancelled the tv, shame really as I did want to stay, but they just couldn't give me tv on 24 months for £19, I couldn't justify staying on the rolling contract for £30+ a month.

Give it a month or two and they'll probably offer you a deal. I've had at least four calls from the win-back team since I left Sky Stream, each time offering either half price for a year on a rolling contract or last week it was the current Black Friday offer of £19 for two years, and then when I said no to that, they offered half price Sky Q for two years!

Re: Sky deals
Honestly don't know why they can't do it in the first place. You can now tv for entertainment and movies for £12 a month at the moment.
