Discussion topic: Sky Q box switches itself off randomly sometimes only after a few minutes

The picture on my tv goes off but the Q box is still on . Is there a standby type button that's causing this? It's frustrating as we have to then turn the tv off and on again and sometimes turn the sky Q off and on again to get the home sky page
