My main sky q box tv volume goes down by itself to 0, sky q mini box TV volume goes up by itself to 100

The remote contol can be programmed to provide volume up/down signals - ensure buttons are not stuck on the remote?

Thanks for your help but something is altering the volume & as the sky boxes are the only thing that connects both tv's I thought it might be sky q boxes.

Surely it is the tv own volume control not the sky boxes?

hi @Jimdag
As @PandJ2020 says the boxes themeselves do not have any volume control so check that the remotes do not have buttons sticking.
Also check that something is not pressing on the TV's own remotes

Its not the remotes as i can go into the tv menu click on another item then turn up the volume & it stays where i put it, but then come out of menu & the volume goes down again, Baffling.
Thanks for your help anyway
