Voice keeps cutting off and coming back and off again

The voice is cutting off every 2seconds on and off on all the channels 

tried turning the box on and off 

not working

Hi @Smuja 

Sounds like you are are having an intermittent issue with your internet connection.

Next time you lose voice control check your Network connection in the Q box Home  menu.
