Need to order a sky q mini box replacement

Hi I am trying to order a replacement sky q mini box. I have tried resetting it with the methods advised on this forum and am sure it is faulty. I am having trouble finding out how to speak to the right person to order a new one. Any advise would be would be greatly appreciated

I just stated it won't power on and in a few days a new box arrived and we swapped them over on the doorstep..

I have requested a new sky mini box. Ours constantly freezes when watching telly and we have to reset it every day as won't turn on. Do I get charged for this replacement because we do in fact rent the sky q system so should be replaced for free if faulty.

Just a quick update..... I followed the link above on Wed and on Saturday they came and swapped the mini box on my doorstep,

I don't understand why Sky aren't shouting about this...... its the best service I've ever had from Sky.......

It's a very common method now, especially with the decrease in the number of engineers so if they don't think an engineer is required that's what they'll do.

Thank you so much for this link! I have been sent round the houses via phone and online for weeks to get a replacement! Apparently one on its way.

Thank you!  Link worked perfectly and, as you said, replacement within a few days without the hassle of speaking to someone saying 'have you tried switching it on and off, re-booting etc.
