Voice control

How can set up voice control as when I press the remote it keeps saying I didn't hear that

There is no setting up. Just press and hold the voice button and say clearly your command ie; "go to 25 minutes".

If Voice control is not working on your Sky Q, you may need to re pair your remote.

 

Press and hold 1 and 3 together on your remote to begin the connection process.
Once complete, press and hold the
Voice Control button, to confirm that Voice Control is now working.

Background noise can also get in the way of it hearing. A loud tv or someone else speaking.

It is, also, worthwhile checking that nothing is blocking the small microphone hole - on the latest handsets it is between the SKY Logo button and the Play/pause button.

 

Perhaps try cleaning it with toothbrush or similar or even carefully with a small pin
