I have just received a new sky Q box along with a new viewing card. Pairing viewing card... message showing until no signal message pops up
Nex box is connected to the router
Any help or recommendations would be appreciated

No Satellite Signal
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
