Told to upgrade 1 recording works other doesnt

Being told to upgrade my subscription to watch a recording. 1 recording on the same channel works but the other is asking to upgrade.

 

Both recordings on Comedy Central (it doesnt have an HD option) 

 

Box has been reset via setting+001 and viewing card has been reseated and reset.

 

Any thoughts?
