Viewing card requested on screen

Screen reads 'please insert viewing card with chip facing up'.  I don't have a viewing card.

Without a viewing card the box will never have worked to view channels you subscribe to.

@Jon128 your viewing card is on the right hand side of your main Q box towards the front. To remove it press it in and it should spring out give the card a swipe swith a soft cloth the re-insert the card pushing it in until it clicks into position
