Sky a box says there’s a problem with my disk drive

Hi I can't access any recordings , using remote but won't even change channels. Tried switching off at the wall but doesn't do anything. Been like this for the last few days says there's a problem with my disk drive and may need a new box

If Sky do a 'doorstep box swap' remember to take your viewing card out of the faulty box.
