Viewing card issues

Message says 'please ensure correct viewing card is instered'. The viewing card is inserted, with the chip facing up. But still not working. Not getting all channels and unable to pause/rewind live tv etc

Try removing the card & cleaning the chip with a soft cloth

I am just another Sky customer!
