Hello, I am receiving the error message 'channel is currently affected by a problem with satellite signal'. This is being received on only some channels - not all of them.
I have switched off from the mains and re-started but am still getting the same error message - any ideas on I need to do?
thanks

Sounds like a dish alignment problem, which would require an engineer to sort. One thing you can check before resorting to booking an engineer (and not likely to see one until the New Year) is to check that the dish input connectors on the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight.

Look at the troubleshooting on this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye). If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.
