Viaplay on Sky Q

Can only get viaplay extra not viaplay 1 and 2 and I subscribe to the complete  HD ultra sports pack on Sky Q is this a fault ?

In the UK Viaplay 1 & 2 are NOT a part of the Sky and/or TNT Sports package. You have to pay extra.
