Connection

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't working on my SkyQ Mini Box, and it gave me the option to "reset". I pressed that as I thought I'd be resetting the wifi connection (putting the password in again), but it reset the whole box. I had gone through step 1 (pressing the middle circle button on my remote). Then it asked me to press and hold the reset button until it started flashing, however it was already flashing. Pressed and held it anyway but that didn't do anything. I've already tried turning it off and on, and turning both my TV and the Sky box off by the wall

@Lisa97 i'm guessing you mean it was askin g you to press the WPS button you need to go to your nearest piece of Sky Q equipment whether that be the main box mini box or if you have Sky as your broadband then your router and press the WPS button which is the button that has 2 arrows on it
