Very poor connection.

I was recently persuaded to change to Sky Max.  Worst decision I've ever made.  I spend more time on 4g even sitting in my front room with the router !!  Sky Go has basically "gone" says it cannot connect to router even tho I have a good signal showing.  So next was sent a Sky Pod, started off a little slow but made a slight difference. Now tho, it spends more time flashing or just constantly on.  I am at a loss now as to what to do.
