We were on an old box maybe 10 years old
they told us we were havng an upgrade to Sky Q
Engineer changed box and dish this morning
Recording programs works
Downloads from ITV, BBC result in 'because of a techincal issue your download could not be completed. Please try again later'
googling the message hasn't helped me. I talks about a secret menu accessed from settings by 0,1,1 or similar. Nothing happens when I do this.
The box is successfully linked to our broadband
i'm kicking myself for not checking this whilst the engineer was here. Equally it would be nice if checking it had been part of their installation procedure
