I am a sky vip platinum customer but dont find many of Offers applicable to me so when I saw offer for free 6 months of Apple TV i thought great.
However it wont activate, I click on the link in the email log in to my Apple ID, verify payment details (which takes ages!) But when it finally gets past that it asks for a code to redeem offer - which I have not been given to use so it sticks at that point.
I see other posts suggest down loading Apple tv app - i cant do this as it is not compatible with my phone so i dont know what else to do here .
Any help please
